What we collect
We collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, email address if you provide one, the property address, and anything you tell us about your project in a message, a call or the estimate form. If you become a client, we also keep the records of the work we do for you, such as estimates, schedules and invoices.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your request, prepare and deliver your estimate, schedule and complete the work, and keep in touch about your project. If you opted in, we may also send occasional messages about our services.
Text messaging, in plain terms
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, here is exactly what that means.
- We will never sell, rent or share your mobile number or your SMS consent with anyone. Your consent to receive text messages from De Wall Construction Inc. is not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing under any circumstances.
- Messages are about your estimate, your project and appointment reminders. Message frequency varies with your project activity.
- Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
- Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details at the bottom of this page.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Who we share information with
We share information only with the service providers that make our work possible, such as our scheduling, messaging, estimating and payment tools, and only so they can perform that work for us. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we are working with you, and afterwards only as long as we need it for legal, warranty, accounting or record-keeping reasons.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, without affecting any work in progress. Contact us and we will action it.

We protect your information with reasonable technical and organisational measures. No system is perfect, but we treat your details as something we are responsible for, not something we trade.
